Inheriting the Dukedom
Terence FitzRoy, Augustus' brother, who had been the Duke of Grafton since 1990 renounced the Dukedom in early march 2017 after he moved to Finland, this allowed Augustus to become the Duke of Grafton since all of Terence's male children had died. Augustus had not even set foot on the grounds of Euston Hall since leaving for Eaton in his early years. He accepted the opportunity to become Duke of Grafton. He was honorably discharged from the army and moved to Euston Hall the same day.
